Leading A Team


Leadership is a combination of strategy and character. If you must be without one, be without strategy. And too many instructions to employees are often fatal. Don't be too specific UNLESS they are DUMB.Such an attitude makes them into a machine...if you are employees did what you do, would you be impressed?

It was sometime in 2009, since my last post for this blog. I have lost my blog feelings due to family commitment and career as well as new social media, fb.
